101 - I have encountered an error whilst purchasing
If you have encountered an error before you have made a payment, please click 'Checkout' and attempt the process again. If the problem persists, please contact us at 'support@editmule.com'. If you have made a payment but have not been re-directed back to editmule.com, or you did not realise you were being re-directed. Please check the email account that you used to make the purchase; there will be an email with a link to activate your plugins.
2. Installing Plugins
201 - How do I install my plugins?
Once you've purchased your Editmule application, you will receive and email with a download link and a serial number. Keep this serial number safe. When the download finishes, follow the on-screen instructions to install. NB. Each app you download is actually a fully functional demo version until you activate it using the supplied serial, over the internet.
